Instructions for Use:

To Heat:

1. Remove the outer cover.

2. Place the inner pouch (containing terracotta beads) in the microwave.

4. Do not overheat. Let it cool before reheating if needed.

To Cool:

1. Place the inner pouch in a sealed bag or container.

2. Store in the freezer for several hours or until cold.
